Below is an approximate guide based on wedding cake portions.

If you are ordering a celebration cake and you feel that you would like more generous sizes a larger cake will be required.

To ensure that you achieve the correct number of servings please follow the cutting guide that will be provided with your cake.

The below chart is based on sponge portion sizes of 2 x 1 inches. Fruit cake is generally cut at 1 x 1 inches, so you will gain more portions from a fruit cake.
