Flavours
You can have any flavour cake your heart desires. A popular choice of flavours and
filling combinations are listed below. More flavours are available upon request.
When selecting flavours for a tiered cake you can combine any of the below. For example you
may opt to have one tier as chocolate sponge, one as carrot cake and one tier as fruit cake.
The cakes are covered in fondant icing (sugarpaste) or for the chocoholics
out there you could opt for chocolate flavoured fondant or chocolate cigarillo sticks.

Nut Allergies
My Fruit Cake and Carrot Cake are the only cakes that contain nuts as an ingredient, although I can make them nut-free upon request. All of my other flavours do not contain nuts as an ingredient. However, unfortunately I cannot guarantee that the ingredients I use are not contaminated at source.
